Adrian is a Southern California native who grew up throughout the Inland Empire, attended college in Los Angeles, and currently resides in Orange County. A lover of literature and history he graduated from Loyola Marymount University with a B.A. in English Literature while spending his free time studying real estate. He spent the next 5 years working for mortgage and real estate investment companies which led him to his ultimate goal of starting his own business. He is truly a Romantic at heart who particularly enjoys reading and discussing classic literature, boxing, tennis, and snowboarding.
Responsible for managing/allocating project funds, interior design, and property staging.
Just like her older brother, Raquel is also a longtime Southern California resident and entrepreneur. She has always been a high achiever and spent much of her teenage years traveling the globe playing tennis competitively. Ever since a young age she has had a keen sense of money management and business saavy. In addition to managing and accounting the company’s funds, she is currently pursuing her degree in Business Administration at the University of La Verne. During her free-time she enjoys yoga, cycling, and cooking.

Alex plays a crucial role in making sure the rehab projects get done correctly and efficiently. He oversees the day to day construction and has a knack for coming up with creative solutions for all the types of properties that we buy.
Miranda J.
Miranda is our social media and marketing genius. In addition to being a communications director for a popular electric car company, she helps document and photograph our homebuying adventures so that we can share with potential clients.
Nelson
Nelson is our beloved Pekingese pup. He helps perform final property inspections after our projects are completed in order to make sure everything was done correctly. He has a background in barking when he wants a walk or treat.
